Unilateral clustered papules on the palm

A 34-year-old Chinese man had been experiencing asymptomatic, pinpoint-sized, skin-colored, umbilicated papules distributed throughout his left palm for more than 10 years. Physical examination showed multiple, discrete, flesh-colored, flat-topped shiny papules, some of which were like molluscum, dispersed across the (Figure 1A), measuring about 1-2 mm in diameter 1B).
